House rules This booking is non-refundable. Please note you'll need to submit your valid ID and fill in some basic information for vetting purposes on our guest portal after confirming your booking. Passport or ID and credit card can be requested at check-in, alongside their rightful owners. - Adults only building. No under 18s are allowed to stay over night. - You must be respectful and courteous of the other residents and the on-site team. - We do not allow pets in the building. - We do not allow smoking in the building. - No parties allowed on site. - We have a zero-tolerance policy on illegal drugs. - Keep noise levels low after 10 pm. - We do not permit Guests to bring their own guests onto the property. - Clean up after yourself (including being responsible for food in shared fridges). Don’t leave rubbish in corridors or shared spaces. - Care for the shared spaces and try your best not to cause any damage. If something goes wrong please report it to a member of the team. - Please note that Florence Dock is home to 250 residents with a small number of short-stay studios, one of which you are in the process of booking.
